Michael Craig
Managing Director

After studying Petroleum Engineering at University Michael joined the British Steel Corporation and commenced a successful 25 year plus career in the steel industry. Having worked at Murray International Metals since 1989 and Edgen Murray from 2006 in a variety of roles he was the key driver of the company’s growth across Asia, Middle East and Europe after establishing the initial base in Singapore in 1992 and a variety of jurisdictions thereafter including Australia, Indonesia and China. Latterly he served as Executive Vice President of Edgen Murray. Michael is an entrepreneurial senior executive with extensive board level management experience and the ability to successfully develop new business units in a variety of countries and jurisdictions across the steel and energy industries.

ALAN HYSLOP
Director

Qualifying as a Chartered Accountant after University in the UK, Alan has worked as a Private Equity investor and former Managing Director with several large financial institutions including 3i and Dubai International Capital. Alan has over 20 years investing and has finance experience, predominantly in Asia and Europe covering start up and established companies. He has extensive experience of and full responsibility for all aspects of the investment life cycle – sourcing, execution and portfolio management, including significant board experience. His experience covers a wide range of clients and business sizes within a broad mix of sectors. He has been based in Asia since 1998.

Lianne Koh
Finance Director

Lianne graduated from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and is a Chartered Accountant with ISCA Singapore. She started her career life with Ernst & Young LLP Singapore as an auditor, and moved on to work with a listed private education provider as a Group Finance Controller, and then commenced her career life in the O&G sector with Sembcorp, Murray International Metals (now known as Edgen Murray), and now Energy Services Steel. Lianne spent 9 years with Edgen Murray initially as a Finance Controller, promoted to Group Finance Controller, and subsequently Finance Director, APAC. She was involved in the acquisition of MIM Ltd by JCP in 2005, the IPO of that company in 2011 and subsequently the acquisition of Edgen Murray by Sumitomo Corp in 2013.

Colin McDonald
Sales Director

Following his Graduation from Stirling University in 1995 with a BSc in Computer Science, Colin started work within the structural steel construction industry where he held a variety of key positions including the Purchase Management role. In order to build a career in sales Colin joined the then Murray International Metals Ltd in 1998. Colin progressed rapidly to a senior role within the Group. He spent significant spells of time based in England, Scotland and then Singapore. Murray International Metals Ltd were ultimately sold to Jeffries Capital Partners in late 2005 and then merged with Edgen Corp to form Edgen Murray. Colin then held a variety of senior roles with Edgen Murray in Singapore and the Middle East and was most recently Sales Director for Edgen Murray FZE based in Dubai. Colin brings with him a wealth of international experience in sales and purchasing allied with an unrivaled commercial and technical background.
He was instrumental in the growth of MIM Ltd and Edgen Murray in a number of locations and has an extensive client base, substantive upstream steel background, strong project management insight and multi-cultural business development skills. Colin joined EEW Energy Services in January 2013 and in his spare time he is a keen golfer and a follower of the Scottish Football ClubRaith Rovers.

Jesudoss Charles
QEHS Manager

Jesudoss Charles graduated from University of South Australia with Master of Engineering and Technology. He has completed his Postgraduate cert in Strategic Quality Management in University of Portsmouth. He is a certified lead auditor in ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OSHA 18001 and WSH.
He is a professional member in Singapore Quality Institute and also a member of Singapore institute of safety officers. Jesudoss Charles has fifteen years of working experience in the field of QHSE in Oil & Gas, precision machining and Saturation Diving industry. Jesudoss Charles gained the knowledge from both senior position working experiences and continuous studies in Singapore and overseas. His accomplishments have predominately been related to the planning and implementation of QHSE strategies in the new projects which have maximized the customer satisfaction.

James Seah
Operations Manager

James Seah graduated from University College Dublin with a BSc in Logistics and has been in the steel industry for the past 9 years. During the years James has gain vast experience in Project Management, Operations and leading a team handling various major projects. He is a strong believer in building good relationships, maintaining professionalism and providing excellent services in expediting and managing projects.
